- Showcooking participated with Domenico Calella, a young chef who boasts numerous experiences in top-level restaurants and who in recent years has taken care of the laboratories dedicated to fresh pasta at SfogliAmo di Fico Eataly. The chef will guide us in the creation of a delicious dish, the "Chestnut on Velvet of Montasio DOP"
- Duration approximately 2 hours followed by a tasting of the dish paired with one of our wines selected and told by the sommelier Maria Teresa Gasparet of Sorsi e Percorsi.

- Free experience in the cellar: visit of the vineyards and production rooms, tasting of the first wine of the year "Il Novello" followed by, together with the sommelier Maria Teresa Gasparet, an unusual tasting of two native Friulian wines
